Brendletown Fire and Rescue was alerted around 4am to US 64 near Crystal Creek Road for a Motor Vehicle Collision involving entrapment. Units arrived to find a SUV on it's  driver's side. The patient was uninjured, but could not exit the vehicle due to the position. The vehicle was stabilized and the rear hatch opened. Once items were removed and the seats reclined, the patient was able to be assisted out of the vehicle. Engine 751 and Rescue 759 responded to the scene. Burke County EMS responded and NCHP is investigating.
